3. Position: Sr Executive, Operations

4. Job Description

A. respond to customer queries

B. make an offer to the client and close the query

C. Interact with hotels and transporters

D. Issue vouchers to client and complete billing

E. Take feedback from client and suggest improvements if required

5. Skill Set:

Good Spoken and written English

Good Spoken Hindi. Proficiency in any regional language will be added advantage

Working knowledge of following destinations:

Domestic: any 3 of the following destinations Kerala, Goa, Uttarakhand, Himachal, Rajasthan, Golden Triangle

International: any 3 of the following destinations: Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Macau, Bali, Dubai, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius

6. Experience: 2-4 years

7. Salary: as per industry norms

8. Work Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 am. Second and Fourth Saturday off on rotation basis
